Ethical charter for Internet users

The purpose of the present charter is to define the practices guaranteeing ethical use of the NOBLE CAUSE site. Formal acceptance of the principles set out below is a prerequisite for making contact on our site.

Objectivity

Even if Internet users are entitled to expose decisions and situations that are difficult to accept, they should contact NOBLE CAUSE with a desire to :

  • To provide accurate information, but above all information directly related to the services presented on the site;

  • Describe the facts and circumstances without aggression, insult or sarcasm;

  • Make your involvement useful and constructive so that others can benefit from it.

The purpose of explaining your situation is to :

  • Declare or confirm a malfunction or shortcoming that runs counter to a potential or existing commitment;

  • Explain or clarify the reasons for denouncing facts, circumstances or decisions.

Under no circumstances should you contact or refer to NOBLE CAUSE for :

  • Denounce natural or legal persons;

  • Disseminate information that is inaccurate or lacks an irreproachable quality of veracity.

Transparency

The NOBLE CAUSE website is not open to comments and testimonials. However, a request that respects this ethical charter offers an opportunity to establish contact with our advisors and customers. To this end, we are particularly vigilant in ensuring that Internet users adhere strictly to the following principles:

  • Never use a pseudonym;

  • Use your true personal and digital identity;

  • Refrain from using technical devices that prevent us from knowing your real IP address.

The creation of a website denouncing abusive or fraudulent practices not only represents an effective alternative to protracted legal action, but also encourages the accused individual or legal entity to finally reach a settlement initially refused.

NOBLE CAUSE designs mini-sites that are most often intended to kick-start an unproductive negotiation process. In such cases, a number of precautions must be taken: a measured tone of voice, a highly pedagogical explanation of the problems encountered, and no personalization of content. Sometimes, simply mentioning the imminence of an online launch is enough to win a much more attentive ear and get a proposal that was unduly rejected accepted.

Reaching a settlement is always the best way to resolve a conflict situation resulting from an unfulfilled or unbalanced commitment. However, the formulation of reciprocal concessions requires prior analysis of the facts by a network of multidisciplinary skills. The experts, professors of law and consultants with whom we collaborate are thus in a position to grasp all the issues involved in a contentious transaction.

Such a highly technical approach leads to the identification of errors and faults that will convince the accused party not to engage in a legal action that is practically lost in advance. The victim then regains confidence and no longer accepts to compromise on the basis of an initial proposal whose argumentation is often based on the terms of a contract containing abusive or potestative clauses.

The EPFA (Étude Préliminaire de Faisabilité et d’Attractivité – Preliminary Feasibility and Attractiveness Study ) helps you to protect your interests before buying or selling a property. Subject to market laws and countless regulations, these operations represent one of the riskiest and most significant decisions in the life of an individual.

A comprehensive analysis grid is used to identify and note a number of elements that are crucial to taking the right initiative: land ownership, governance of the territory, urban planning and environmental documents, and the state of the buildings. Such a diagnosis enables us to define a negotiation strategy that will win the trust and agreement of the parties involved, such as owners and agents:
